Faith for the Future - St Johns Redevelopment Project
In the spirit of Christian cooperation the Faith for the Future project is an exciting opportunity to promote the mission of the Lutheran Church in WA and Australia. This project will be developed in two stages; Stage 1 the Ground Floor and underground car park, Stage 2 will complete the three storey complex.
The new St Johns Court building planned for the expanded Northbridge site, will provide new facilities for St Johns and the WA District. St Johns will become a Christian centre within Northbridge, a place where people can share in the spirit of church community through worship and outreach. But the financial benefits will flow through all our Western Australian congregations and beyond.
Within about ten years of completion, once building loans have been repaid, rental income from two and a half floors of office space will be approximately $1,000,000 nett each year. All this income will be donated directly to the the mission of the Lutheran Church.
